THE KIOSK
We chose a kiosk, a place that Milan recognizes as one of its own, and we decided to give it a new identity. An identity that springs from the need to offer simple cuisine, available at every hour of the day, authoritative yet accessible at the same time. Then we decided to define it with two simple words: Gastronomia Urbana (Urban Gastronomy).
QUALITY FOOD
The dishes we are thinking of are simple but high-quality. The selection and respect of raw materials will do the rest, and they will always be the fundamental elements of our offer. We want to bring quality cuisine and materials to as many people as possible: that is why our project begins here, in a kiosk, the simplest place to sit down and eat something good.
You can choose the same dishes at 9.00 in the morning or at 12.00 p.m., just as in all great European cities. The offer will develop according to the different times of the day: breakfast, brunch, afternoon or aperitif: whenever you come you will be welcome.
Simplicity and identity. Two concepts that need great names in order to be expressed in the dish and in the service. The names of the chefs, Matias Perdomo and Simon Press, and of the maître-sommelier Thomas Piras, co-founders and partners of the project.
